Does the MacBook stutter on the M1 Pro/Max when using a 4k monitor?

I got a MacBook Pro M1 8GB a year ago. The laptop works fine without brakes, does not heat up.

I bought an expensive 4K monitor and a problem appeared:
When using an external 4K monitor along with the laptop screen, terrible interface brakes appeared.
I use multiple screens + SplitView (screen split) on an external monitor, other programs on the laptop screen. The whole system slows down periodically, slowing down the response from the wireless trackpad and keyboard. When using a 2K monitor, there were no such problems.

The monitor itself has a non-standard resolution (3840 × 2560, square). Monitor Huawei MateView 28. I connect via Type-C.

Question:
Who uses a MacBook Pro on M1 along with a 4K monitor? Do you have the same brakes? What can be done about it?
Are there any owners of the new M1 Pro with external 4k monitors? Does the system slow down?

Open the display settings and select Scaled (Scaling) while holding down the Option key.
Most likely 4K is transmitted at a frequency of 30Hz - hence the brakes.
