Why does DMDE not see all files when restoring files?

The disk has been converted from dynamic to basic.
3TB Toshiba. GPT. One section.
Windows 7 x64
DMDE sees most folders and files. But when entering some directories, the files are displayed with questions ???, and when you try to save such directories, the files are not saved.
If you reload DMDE, then in the directory in which the files were displayed with questions, everything often becomes OK. But they appear in other directories. And so with any reboot, i.e. chaotically.
