How to start OS?

Hello!
Description of the problem:

  1. There was a working system unit. They removed the hard drive from it and mounted it in another system unit, as an additional one;
  2. After some time, the need for it disappeared, and they decided to mount it back into the old system unit. Having previously deleted all partitions on it through the Acronis Disk Director program (it turned out that the entire hard disk is one empty unallocated space);
  3. When trying to install the OS from a bootable USB drive, the following message is displayed: "an error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data".

I found out from the Internet that there are problems with the Windows Loader. Recovery methods through the installation disk = 0, because. the drive is not reading anything.
What can you advise in this case? Thanks in advance.

There was a similar problem several times. I solved it in one of the following ways. The computer with the problematic HDD was booted from LiveCD, partitions were deleted by Paragon and then one simple one was created. When you run the Windows installer, this section was deleted. Paragon was launched and the function of overwriting the disk was selected. After 1-2%, it was interrupted. The installer saw an empty hard drive. Good luck.

We boot from a bootable USB drive:
Shift + F10 , the console opens, in it:
bootrec / fixMbr
bootrec / fixboot
Exit

continue installation as usual
