What disk defragmenter do you use and how often?

I have not used third-party defragmentation programs for a long time. the task is configured for regular execution of the procedure by means of Windows. But I'm thinking of installing it on a new system and there was a question of choice.
What defragmentation software do you use (if you do) and how often?
There are a lot of old and not very old articles on the Internet, but the purpose of the question is not in the cholevar, but in collecting the opinions of specific people.
PS In particular, I'm interested in Vin 8.1.

SSD - defragmentation is disabled and not needed.

It's not the 90s now, there's no need for that.
Modern operating systems can take care of this themselves. Well, except for the poppy, where manually you need to turn on the trim.

Auslogics Disk Defrag - раз в месяц и реже

Никакой. Win7 максимальная - за три года каких-либо задержек в запуске не замечено.

Пользуюсь встроенными "Очисткой диска" и "Оптимизация и дефрагментация диска" для дисков виртуальных машин перед их сжатием (только).

После настройки компьютера defrag -cv от имени администратора :)
