How to create a disk partition minus bad sectors?

I found an option to restore bad sectors of a damaged disk using HDD Regenerator. This is questioned by some users. After trying, I realized that the process will last a week and the result is not obvious.
What program can eliminate all bad sectors of the disk, leaving the capacity exclusively without damage? Those. from a disk with a capacity of 1 Tb, leave the working 500 GB, for example.

If the bad sectors are not scattered, but localized in one place, I do this. First, roughly, as a percentage of the capacity, I map their location (well, for example, "Victoria"). Then I create partitions in the disk space before and after this place (with some margin so that they certainly do not capture the problem area). Everything, the job is done, these sections can be used for some time.

Simply formatting is enough - just do not check the "quick" checkbox when formatting.
Then the formatting comes with a surface check - the broken ones will not be included in the section.

low disk format.
It takes a long time.
Of course, you can’t write useful data to such a disk, but it’s the very thing to use as a file washer for movies

Theoretically, as Victor wrote, practically not how.
In modern HDDs, there is a decent supply of disk space, bad blocks during formatting (recording) are automatically replaced by backup ones and the user simply does not see them. That is why the speed of the disk decreases over time. Bad blocks become noticeable when the reserve runs out and this means that it is time to change the disk

It depends where the bad sectors are, if at the beginning of the disk or at the end, then you can try to exclude this volume, if there are two disks in the middle. we don’t format troubles, where we don’t create disks and use it with the understanding that at any moment it will crumble and die. My disc has been living like this for 5 years and it's fine.
