From the disk, the partitions are deleted and then the disk is formatted, what should I do?

Formatting was unlikely to be complete, therefore the standard recommendations are:
- find another disk larger than this one
- make a complete image of your disk and save it
- analyze the image through data recovery programs, for example, R-Studio
