What is the best way to fix broken recovered files?

After restoring documents from the hard drive of a retired employee, all files came out "broken". Restored with R-Studio 7.2. The files have a normal name, extension, but the programs intended for them cannot be opened.
Basically it is docx, xlsx, jpg and pdf.
I tried to incite File Repair and Cimaware OfficeFIX Enterprise 5.95, but there is no result (
Tell me, what other programs can I try to "repair" files?
