Windows 10 won't boot?

In the options, in the Recovery item, clicked Restart now. There was a reboot, the action selection menu appeared, I chose Safe Mode. After, the computer rebooted again, the manufacturer's logo appeared (as usual) and that's it. Subsequent reboots did not change anything. As I understand it, the Windows 10 bootloader does not load, because in the same picture, with the logo, the download icon (O) Win10 should appear. How to revive?

The media with the Windows 10 installation has much more options for restoring the system - boot from the media from which you installed Windows 10 and select "Restore the system."

There is no carrier. There was a laptop update. Is there another way?
The laptop hard drive has a hidden partition for system recovery, as well as its complete rearrangement. See the description for the laptop on how to restore it to working condition.
For advanced users (or if you lose data on your native hard drive, if necessary), you can find a disk image for your laptop and the required OS on the Internet. With a license - a separate problem.
