Update com library winscp?

Good afternoon. Once upon a time, to exchange data with the site and 1c, I set up the WinSCP library for these purposes
. At that time, it did not have a file overwriting option, it was implemented only at the end of last year. Did everything according to this instruction.
I downloaded WinSCP.dll from the site, put the file in a folder and registered it by running

%WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\RegAsm.exe WinSCPnet.dll /codebase /tlb
%WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\RegAsm.exe WinSCPnet.dll /codebase /tlb:WinSCPnet64.tlb

Now I want to update whether it will be enough to simply replace the WinSCPnet.dll file or, as I suppose, you need to execute
%WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\RegAsm.exe WinSCPnet.dll /unregister

then replace the file and re-register
%WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\RegAsm.exe WinSCPnet.dll /codebase /tlb
%WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\RegAsm.exe WinSCPnet.dll /codebase /tlb:WinSCPnet64.tlb

It's better to re-register
