What are the programs for backing up files?

I tried many backup programs, but I can not find the only one that would satisfy all my requirements. Recommend the program for the possibility of scheduled backups and automatic upload to ftp in the background (without confirmation windows and other husks), so that you can set it up and forget it once and the user does not notice its work. Under Windows OS.
Free options are welcome, but if there are none, then write which paid options you can see?

I use SyncBackPro, I can keep track of folders / files (like a dropbox), I use the windows scheduler, I can make a quick backup (just mirroring, without comparison), to (s)ftp, to an archive, over the network. You only need to set it up once and it works by itself. But she's paid.
