How to copy files from a "damaged" CD as conveniently and quickly as possible?

Blanks of verbatim with photographs, 10-12 years old. The surface is almost perfect, but copying slows down in various places until it finally stops almost completely. I remember BadCopy Pro from the depths of centuries, but it cannot copy a folder / disk, only file by file, which is extremely inconvenient for a disk with three dozen folders and 200 files - you need to process each folder sequentially. This means that you need to be on duty at the computer while waiting for her to ask for the next task.
In short, I'm looking for a program to feed her a disk and forget for a couple of days. And she thinks as much as she thinks, the main thing is not to bother for a long time on the spot, but to move on.

IsoBuster handles such things well.
