What programs for recovering lost files would you recommend for Linux?

Previously, on Windows, I used the hetman partition recovery program, which could recover almost any data, except for those that were formatted using the low level formatting tool.
Now linux and mistakenly demolished the fat32 disk along with the files (~200 GB). It is very important to return the files...
What software would you recommend?

testdisk, but carefully. You can just restore the partition.
r-studio was very helpful in critical situations.
