Electronic archive?
You need software to install on a Linux server for electronic archiving. Advise, preferably free and simple. Functionality, which must be:
1. Multi-user with differentiation of access rights.
2. Establishment of a card (or events, or whatever you call it), to which there is a description and you can link files and links.
3. Convenient search by cards and files.
4. Notifications by e-mail.
Desirable:
1. Clients for Linux, Windows and Mac.
2. Mobile clients.
3. RSS.
4. Calendars.
5. TODO.
I will be glad to any hints. Just don't offer monstrous software.
UPD: Please do not offer wiki engines, this is not at all what I need.

Oleg, your question is old, but if it is still relevant, take a look at the STOR-M electronic archive system . Not free, but not monstrous either. By the way, alfresco can be classified as free with a serious stretch. Depends on the size of the project and the cost of your own time to “understand and finish”.
