The crux of the issue is in the title. I need to connect via ssh and get into my customized virtual machine :)
Are there such services?

As you have already been told above, any VPS/VDS hosting will do.
Foreign hosters:

Oh, and they don't like Linux solutions in two clicks. Linux welcomes a scan in a couple of lines of bash.
To get all the exact versioning software you need, you need to adjust the structure of your project, for example, to the dockera.
All other folders with your code, settings, database files can be collected into diff archives using the diff.
Then you will have a wide choice of services where you can deploy this!

This is what any normal VPS/VDS hosting does. If you want to make a local machine and show it to the client, you can do it through Vagrant and then do vagrant share.
