How to recover deleted files from ext4?

In general, I am crooked and sleepy, having confused the console, I deleted the files on the server, including the mounted folder with the backup disk.
What can be done?
Deleted via rm -rf
You need to restore html, php, js files, pictures.
I know the folder, the path to it.
I did not overwrite and did not upload new files.
the server is turned off now.
Section without encryption.
OS - ubuntu
Backup on the PC is a week old, but a lot has been done in a week. It's a pity to lose.
Advise how to be. Is there a chance and what to do?
My server, i.e. I can’t ask a mythical admin with a backup in the cloud.

do not count on 100% recovery, although there is a possibility.
It's tedious. It was easier for me to recover data from scattered copies of files from different sources, because after recovery there was just an array of files, without names and hierarchy :(

If time is not too tight - use testdisk.

If I'm not mistaken, ext cleans up the metadata (name, attributes, and location information) of files and directories when they are deleted. The files themselves are still lying on the disk, utilities like testdisk should help with unfragmented files, but they will not restore the names, attributes, and directory structure.
However, there is a chance that some metadata still remains and after analysis, specialized software will be able to partially restore the directory tree. Such analysis can be done by: UFS Explorer, R-Studio, PC3000 DataExtractor. You can run the first two programs yourself (trial, broken or purchased version), but the last one lives in data recovery centers.
