After rebooting the PC, all HTML code from the working project disappeared, how to restore it?
Updated to Windows 10 with Windows 7 and since then the problems started. I installed NotePad++ worked now in it. The computer just laged (it was powerful, the load was zero from the total power) and stopped responding to any clicks, the mouse also did not work. Well, I rebooted and there is no more code that I wrote for several days. The favicon is displayed on the page, but there is no source code. The weight of the file remained the same, the rest of the files were preserved, which were also opened

Upgrade the previous version of the file if Windows versioning is not enabled. then enable. After that, try something like R-STUDIO (there are dozens, if not hundreds).
1. Stop using Windows. it's malware
2. start using git
3. rewrite the code, even better :)
How can you write code for several days without saving a file to test your work?
I just can't imagine how this is possible, but did you test the code virtually in your head? It's just very interesting, I usually write a maximum of 20-30 minutes, then I check.
Do you have autosave in notepad configured too?
Do you have an SDD? If the files were not deleted, but the contents were replaced, then I'm afraid no one will help you.
