Why do some keys not work in combination with Fn?
Greetings! I have a rather unusual problem: some keys in combination with Fn do not work periodically (specifically: Fn+F11=NumLock, Fn+F12=ScrLock, Fn+0=/). That is, they are pressed as if I press them without Fn. Since Fn works with other special keys, I don't think the problem could be in the hardware. Please help, thank you!

Depends on laptop model and OS.
For example, in HP, Fn mode is enabled in the BIOS - "Actions Key Mode"
