How to transfer the functionality of one key to another, on a Mac?

The key with the letter "e" broke and, accordingly, all the functions that lay on it, such as quotes and apostrophes, died. I want to print the given letter by pressing any other key. How to do it? Is it possible to do this in Karabiner? If so, how?
