Why is the key backlight not working?
Good afternoon, dear visitors of this topic. I'm not used to applying for this kind of reasons, however, this situation is extremely interesting. Up to a certain point - the keyboard worked and was perfect, but after a year of use there was a problem, when you press any key - the laptop rebooted. Six months later (due to some circumstances), the laptop was sent to a service center, where they sentenced him to spend something in the clave itself (since I was in the army, I couldn’t check anything myself), they said it needed to be changed. After that, they clarified that the parts are supplied only assembled (keyboard, touchpad, topcase). An important point - the backlight worked before the replacement, it just whiled away the keyboard. After the replacement, the keyboard worked, however, even after installing the drivers, the backlight does not work. What could be the reason for this?
So the input is:
Ноутбук: ASUS ROG STRIX GL703GS
Проблемы до ремонта: Неисправность (заводской брак) клавиатуры, который приводил к перезапуску ноутбука при нажатии на любую клавишу (исправили, заменой клавиатуры).
ОС: Windows 10
1. В чем может крыться проблема?
2. Имеет ли смысл заказывать заведомо рабочую клавиатуру, или можно попытаться что-то придумать с этой?
