Why doesn't the keyboard and mouse work?

Motherboard Asus H81M-K. Windows 7 x64 installed.
Mouse and keyboard stop working after loading Windows (password prompt screen). Before loading, they work great (for example, in BIOS).
When I connect another keyboard or mouse, it does not work either.
When I rearrange Windows, everything works great. Is there any other way to solve the problem other than reinstalling?

1. Wait - when you turn on Windows, it looks for a driver for the USB mouse-clave for a while
2. Before turning it on, connect a PS / 2 keyboard - enter the password, install the driver.
After the reboot, if you do not poke the USB mouse-clave into another hole, it will work immediately

@Kelebvra

Had a similar problem recently. Decided to reset the system. Cause: Incorrect installation/updating of drivers. (have you accidentally used DriverPackSolution?)
