What to do if the mouse cursor does not move when pressing the keyboard (Windows 10)?

I had Windows 8.1 Pro OS. Everything worked great for me. Then I decided to upgrade to Windows 10 and everything worked out. Only in 10-ke there was one problem - when I press a key on the keyboard, the mouse cursor does not move. In 8-ke I had no such problem. I searched on Google but didn't find a good answer. Some say there is no solution. Someone says that you need to go to the workshop, and someone that you need to install drivers.
What should I do about it?

@Bezraznici

Control Panel - Mouse - TouchPad tab - Options - (if the control panel is from Synaptics) Advanced - ... "accidental palm touches" to the minimum value. Get high :)
