Why do online communication programs distort microphone sound?

Everything is fine in the voice recording program, but in every program for online conferences I check my micro in the settings and hear the sound of a microphone there for 300 rubles (can people hear me better?). Is that how it should be? If anything, the microphone is built into the laptop (the micro is good enough).

A heard
B the connection was not lost even with breaks
