How to make RTX Voce work?

Good evening. I decided to install the RTX Voce program to remove noise during communication. Everything went smoothly, the video card is supported. After checking the box (Imput device), my voice is not heard from the microphone at all. Smooth strip without any fluctuations. As I uncheck the box, the voice reappears with noise, which I want to get rid of through this program. Please tell me what could be the problem...
