Why do books continue to be written in this font?
I was sitting, I mean, reading a book, and I asked myself: If you google, you can find a lot of information and articles as sans-serif fonts are the best for perceiving information and text, and in general, you only need to use them for everything. and forget about other serif fonts. Well, actually the question is: why are books written in times new roman or similar fonts to this day?

And sans-serif fonts are really easier to read on the screen. Although, for me, on high-quality high-resolution screens, serif fonts read just as well as sans-serif fonts.
