Highload is a set of techniques/technologies/approaches that are not particularly dependent on a particular language.
and not specifically "we saw like this on the pluses."

As you are rightly told, highload is not so much about the language, but about the approaches to developing applications that must cope with a high (what, by the way?) load.
Paradoxically, the best architecture for a highload application is an architecture that does not cause any highload :) I
