Are there any books on web application development management (for non-developers)?
Hello!
I did not find similar questions here, they mostly ask from the point of view of how to start developing on their own.
I have a different goal: I want to read about the process of developing a startup (web application) from an idea to an MVP from the point of view of a project manager, not a developer.
Those. who needs to be hired, what specialists are needed, how to set tasks correctly, etc.
Share, please, similar books, if any.
Thank you.

In principle, most books on startups will suit you.
It is for your situation that I strongly recommend reading Getting Real . They will tell about the size of the team, and about the development of the first versions of the web application.
Then you could read about the Lean Startup method . Here, more attention is paid to the product itself, and not to the team and development processes (although the processes are partially affected).
If you do not understand anything in development (from the word at all), then you will not be able to manage it. You will look like a customer and there should be a manager between you and the developers (which, all of a sudden, you want to be)
