What is a good book cataloger for mac?
I want a book cataloger for Mac, similar in functionality to iTunes.
Requirements:
1) Support for different book formats. Definitely - FB2, all the rest are not so important. But FB2 is a must.
Why: I have a large library in FB2, inside of which there are still txt. I still agree to convert them to fb2, but I will not transfer the entire library to epub for the sake of my native Mac application.
2) Sorting by tags inside the FB2 file.
It is very desirable to have a mode of group editing of tags inside FB2 - series, authors, and so on.
Why: I download several books by the popular writer Lukyanenko. In one, he is described as S. Lukyanenko, in another as Sergey Lukyanenko, in the third - S. Lukyanenko. I want to mark them all and bring the information inside to one form, manually of course. But I really want group editing. Accordingly, I also want the opportunity to press the button and see the presentation of books as tracks in iTunes - first sorting by authors, then by series:
3) Storage inside or the ability to export from your database in the form of a conveniently simple layout in folders within the file system. This is how iTunes stores songs:
Why: today I read a book from an iPhone, the reader of which can only download from dropbox, yesterday I read on an android, the reader of which simply works with folders on a memory card, tomorrow I will buy an e-book, which also understands only the file system without any bases. And I want to use the same library without problems.
In fact, I need not so much the cataloger itself, but a program like Music Tag Editor, which can take FB2 files from the general heap, edit the tags at will and arrange them into folders according to the tags.

Have you looked at caliber ? Even if it's not there, you can search/write a plugin.
You can see MyRuLib ( myrulib.lintest.ru ). Quite an interesting cataloger, there is a version with a built-in CoolReader.
