Why do all bookmark folders open in Chrome?

Periodically, all bookmark folders open in Chrome.
This can happen both when the browser is launched, and while it is running.
There are quite a lot of folders in the browser bookmarks and therefore the problem is tangible, since you have to close all these open folders so as not to get confused in the bookmarks.
Why is this happening and how can this problem be solved?

Go to Chrome settings and scroll to the bottom. There will be a "launch Chrome" window where you can configure all this.
