It closes automatically, but after several attempts it opens, the system was checked by drweb cure it, Eset is installed in the OS itself, the updates are up-to-date, Chrome is also the latest. had the same problem. The first launch was hindered by the already running (crooked) old chrome process. Rescued the forced termination of all copies of the chrome process through the task manager. Then it just stopped. It is also possible that they installed some kind of browser add-on in the market, which prevents him from recovering from the first time.
