Why did the motherboard and 2 RAM burn out?

After replacing the laptop case in the service, at the beginning my motherboard burned out, then the RAM, and then another RAM.
1 breakdown per week.
Every time the laptop stopped working the first time I turned it on in the morning.
Why not in the evening while using?
Is it possible to see in what logs whether the laptop turned on at night?
