The server hangs, how to find out the reasons?

Hello.
There is a home server, assembled from ordinary desktop spare parts, on an ASRock 970 Extreme 3 meter. Linux kernel with panic=5. Between freezes, 80 days or maybe a couple of hours can pass.
How to determine why this hang is happening? There is an idea to write down the netconsole into the kernel, but then you have to leave the home computer turned on to "catch the output."
At the time of the supposed freeze, there is nothing at all in the logs, not a single line, at all ... From this I conclude that the hang is most likely hardware, the execution of commands simply stops and the kernel does not even have the opportunity to react ...
