Why can't the logon script work?

There is a task to distribute the fusioniventory agent in the domain. Logon script in visual basic (from the fusioninventory site). If you run it with handles, everything works out. gpresult shows that the policy is working, in fact nothing happens, the agent is not installed. In which direction to drip?
