How to set up FusionInventory on Hikvision cameras?

Raised by GLPI + FusionInventory. I want to add Hikvision cameras to the inventory, but they are blacklisted Default

On the web face of each camera, all fields are filled in, including the device name (they are unique), but when importing, the name 192 (the beginning of the IP address) is indicated, i.e. e. settings are ignored.

How to configure camera import so that they are not blocked? I tried to change the rules and make the Id + MAC links, etc., but they still fall under the ban.
Who made these rules? How else can you unlock the device?
