How to monitor the creation of new files using Zabbix?

Good afternoon.
There was a task - to monitor the appearance of new records on the video surveillance server with zabbix.
But I still can't think of a better way to implement it.
Many cameras are connected on one server, all recordings go to a separate folder of each camera in the general "recordings" directory, for example. Subfolders are also automatically created by year, month and day.
The format of the folder path is something like this:
\records\camera name\year\month\day\file.avi
Every half an hour a new file is created containing the actual half an hour of the recording. And you need to monitor the appearance of this new file, that is, for example, if there are no new files within 35 minutes, the trigger works
How to track it? After all, every day, count a new folder appears. The date of change of the shared directory does not change for some reason (at first I wanted to monitor by the date of the change).
I'm waiting for your advice!

Install an agent, write a script, feed the agent in "UserParameter", add a template and metrics with alerts on the zabbix server.
