I haven't come across any such systems. This is usually part of a more complex ERP solution.
You can try to modify the same Google Spreadsheets. Connect Google forms to them and ask colleagues to fill out a Google form instead of writing to you. So the data will immediately fall into your Google spreadsheet automatically.
