Why can't Synapse 3 see devices on Windows 10?
Hello! Please tell me, can anyone come across: the Synapse 3 program (Razer peripheral software) does not see the keyboard and mouse connected to the computer. Initially, the program was installed on Windows 7, where Synapse saw only the keyboard, but did not recognize the mouse. Then he upgraded to Windows 10 32 bit (on the Microsoft website), installed Synapse, and now he does not see any device at all. The computer recognizes devices when connected (writes the full correct name of the mouse or keyboard when you plug it into the USB connector), but these devices are not in the task manager either. On an Acer Aspire 3 Windows 10 64-bit laptop, Synapse sees the mouse and keyboard, everything is fine. I tried other USB ports, but nothing happens.
