How to change file sorting by name in Windows 7?

Hello.
I have a strange kind of sorting in Windows 7 Explorer when it comes to numbers.
Example:
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,100,101,102,...198,199,20,21,22.
This is how the list of photos, videos, etc. files and folders is distributed.
I need to change the ordering method to another method:
1,2,3,..,10,11,12,...,19,20,21,...,99,100,101,...,109,110,111,112.
Here an example is written about this , but unfortunately for programs, not for windows.
I did not find a working method how to change the ordering method.
There were recommendations to change the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\NoStrCmpLogical set 1 settings in the registry,
but it didn't help.
If anyone knows the solution to the problem please - tell me.

And what does it mean in Windows 7? Maybe in Windows 7 Explorer? Because in other file managers it's all pretty easy to set up.
As an option, use three-digit numbering: 001, 002, ..., 010, 011, etc.

Thanks for the tips, But I need to sort by name in the explorer and in the standard menu to configure the correct ordinal display of names.

Bright minds from the Microsoft company decided that where there are numbers in the file name at the beginning, it is necessary to extract an integer natural number to the nearest non-digit. so for example 068.gif is 68, and 0023yesWe-fUc71N9Crazy.txt is 23, 4aKaj6sf9l0.jpg is 4 and then we sort by these natural numbers. And we get that sorting by name will give

0023yesWe-fUc71N9Crazy.txt
