Sharing folders in windows 10?

Good day!
The question is rather primitive, but nevertheless I was already tormented.
There is Windows 10 Pro. There is a folder with files that needs to be shared with computers on the network.
Everything is configured as usual: there is permission to the folder, security settings are configured, advanced sharing options too. Computers running locally on Windows access this folder without any problems. But there is also a home theater. That's the problem with him. He sees the computer, but when connecting to it, he asks for a username and password. I tried to create a user with a password and gave him permission to access this folder, after which I tried to connect with this user and password - one fig does not let me. In Win7 with exactly the same configuration, no problems were found.
Maybe Win10 introduced some additional security settings that I don't know about?

@oia

what prevents you from entering the name of the PC \ Name of the Account on the PC to which we get access and the password?
example, there is a machine w7 there are shares on the same PC there is a user with a password 1 , and we have a PC with the name W10 request shares \\w7 w7\user 1

Solution:
1. Return all default permissions.
2. Check who controls the connection to network resources and how:
See "HomeGroup Connections" at the very bottom.
for "normal" use, let it be "Use user accounts ..."
(log out of the home group)
3. Панель управления\Оформление и персонализация
"Folder Options" -> "View" tab -> "Use Sharing Wizard (recommended)" (forgot to clarify - uncheck)
