Why can't I regenerate images in Prestashop?

Moved Prestashop site from one domain to another. Everything works fine, except for images.
Some images from catalogs were not displayed. Began to do the procedure of regeneration.
Constantly crashes error 500
Everyone advises to increase the server timeout, but my hosting does not.
Who got out of this situation?

1. Regenerate not all at once, but selectively, in parts.
2. Get a VPS on DigitalOcean, upload a site there, regenerate and take the image files to your hosting.
3. The same as in point No. 2 only on a local virtual machine (or denwer / openserver)
