How to make a personal account for the site?

Hello. Now they asked me to complete the website of a company that sells building materials - NOT an INTERNET store , and you need to do this :
Create a personal account in which the client, having logged in with his login and password, could see the status of his orders, the size of the discount, the amount of all transactions with the client, delivery date, etc. (DEALS AND STATUS WILL BE MADE BY THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY IN MANUAL).
Now the site works on CMS Santafox and there is no personal account module for this CMS. I do not consider another CMS and understand that I need to write it myself.
I don't know PHP, but if this is the only option, then I'll figure it out.
Actually the question is: are there any other frameworks, maybe Django or a programming language other than PHP, on which this function can be implemented?
I do not consider other CMS. they are all very bulky and not suitable for a small site.

You are not considering other cms, but you are considering other languages. (Django is written in python)... This is very wrong.
At the expense of learning php - not the best choice, spend a hell of a lot of time.
Cheaper and faster to find a freelancer.

Only write your own module or use cms where it already exists
I consider it a perversion to use other languages to extend cms capabilities. )))

Transfer the entire site to a CMS / framework that is convenient for you and a familiar language.
Next, make a personal account. And if you don’t know anything, then order freelance.

It is better to study once than order a hundred times. Fortunately, right now there are a lot of paid, free courses.
