Now I want to organize an advertising platform with the team: VK + Instagram + Youtube, where advertising will be purchased.
Now I found a big question: how to organize the system?
Start writing a CMS or take a script? Tell me to be better. If the script is what, we can add it.

Well, what's the point here ... until you figure out what processes you have running, you won't pick up a "script" for yourself or choose it wrong.
