How to make a corporate website quickly and comfortably?

Hi all!
Essence of the question. I have a company that develops web applications. We have a problem with sites and would like to hear advice from people in the topic. The essence of the problem. We have about 4 of our own products and 3 more different companies that specialize in different services. In total, we need 7 sites. Historically, we have 5 sites now on different platforms. Something was quickly done on wp, something was written on yii, and so on. In general, everything is fine with the design, but inside, of course, tin :) As you understand, you still need 2 sites. All sites are in English and, in principle, we work for the same segment. In some areas, Spanish customers appear and 3 sites will still need to be multiplied by 2, since the language is different, and I can’t stand multilingualism. In general, we will have to have 10 sites. And after half a year, a few more may be needed.
Things like news blogs, we don't care about them, everything in linkidin is for anyone who needs it. All sites are 10-15 static pages. No more. There is nothing else there, it serves purely as a presentation. But we don't need anything else.
What is needed there is to be able to quickly upgrade the site, add blocks, correct information, perhaps improve the appearance. And here is the problem. I don’t want to take a person who would sit with the sites, I don’t consider it expedient, but I simply don’t have such an opportunity to distract the current developers. And in fact, the sites need to be edited by the guys who are engaged in sales. If they pull the developers, then we will make changes like this for years, since no one has time, deadlines are everywhere. And you also need to formulate a task, and the person who is engaged in sales and the developer are different people, in short, the path to nowhere, for half a year this has not been debugged.
Looked towards wix.com and the like. Well, multiplied 15*10=$150 per month. For a great opportunity to put all site management in the hands of the sales department, the price makes me wildly happy, but wix.com is a rare shit, after which sites only display normally in chrome, and they load for a long time. Not that we had a lot of traffic, but we just need everything to be very nice and neat on the phone and tablet. In general, the question is, what can you advise for my situation? What services or platforms?

Make sites on bare HTML and force managers to learn to understand it + CSS. PROFIT! Of course, I’m laughing, but leave 1 platform out of the whole zoo, for example WP, remake sites on it and hire developers as needed through freelance exchanges, set a price, a deadline. No one wants to throw a customer if you have adequate tasks and decent pay. The question is not about cms, but purely organizational.

Order a standard on the side if you cannot master it yourself.

Firstly: to the manager who allowed the growth of the zoo of frameworks / CMS to announce a reprimand for improper performance of official duties.
Second: choose the technology that your current specialists know best. If this is Wordpress, then it is, if Yii, we stop at it, etc. If the situation is such that you now have only green-green junes who are completely out of your depth in anything - give them time to learn Jekyll or WP.
Jekyll, in my opinion, is easier and faster to learn. With WP, you can achieve exactly "the manager went to the admin panel, added a new block to the right column / changed the phone number, etc." Although here how the theme will be developed ... And yes, one more plus for WP - multilingualism is easier to do there, in my opinion.

$150 per month? Even on Bitrix it will all come out cheaper, in my opinion.
At the same time, the admin panel can be shared.
