Which CMS are resistant to hacking, multilingual?

Tired of restoring sites from backups after hacking Joomla. If you do not update, you risk that old vulnerabilities are not fixed; if you update, you get new vulnerabilities.
Please tell me a more reliable CMS in this regard, in which there is multilingualism (so that two almost identical sites work in different languages - website.ru and website.com).

Drupal - more complex, more versatile
than Wordpress - easier, more popular, but less features if you are too lazy to code.

Joomla. You need to update on time and do not install plugins and themes downloaded from pirated sources.
According to statistics, more than half of them are infected.

PS: I also want to add: who can not update Joomla through the admin area, do this:
Go here https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/releases/latest
Copy the desired .zip link to the keyboard clipboard (right click) and update via URL: Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Installation -> Install from URL
