Why can't I connect an nvidia 610 graphics card?

Tried to install nvidia 610 graphics card on C51MCP51 motherboard. But at startup there was only a black screen and nothing happened. The old video card was ati Radeon X1300 Pro, if I'm not mistaken. Works with the built-in video card.
