How to choose a monitor adapter?
Hello. To connect the Samsung SyncMaster 940N monitor to the PALIT nVidia GeForce GTX 1080, PA-GTX1080 Super Jetstream 8G video card, you need a VGA to DisplayPort adapter. I found several suitable ones, but they all have different names: VGA Telecom, VGA VCOM, SVGA. How do they differ and which one to take?
PS I understand correctly that if the video card has a DisplayPort connector, then the Mini DisplayPort cable will not work?
