What could happen to the computer if the video card and mat broke right away. pay?

Configuration:
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-B75M-D3H
Processor core i5-2500k without overclocking
Memory - 8GB 2 x 2 GB, 1 x 4 - all, patriot
Video card - gigabyte gtx 1060 3gb.
PSU - some kind of 500 watt nom.
A few weeks before the incident, problems with the image began - when the computer was turned on, the monitor blinked strongly, it was treated quite quickly (a couple of minutes, and that's it), in extreme cases, restarting the monitor helped.
When such problems appeared, I tested the video card with a furmark, it held it normally, without any problems.
The day before yesterday, the computer did not turn on, although it worked the day before.
On the video card, the cooler starts spinning and stops almost immediately, there is no image.
The video card is getting hot.
When I try to start from the integrated graphics - there is no picture, neither by DVI-D, nor by VGA.
From another motherboard, both vga and dvi-d from the built-in work.
The video card did not start.
I found a known working computer, in which there was another 1060, put my own - at first it started, worked for about a minute, and stopped showing.
When you try to put another monitor - again the lack of a picture.
What could happen that the motherboard and the video card (bp live) died at the same time, with the computer turned off?

Those. is the motherboard really dead?
Is the video card really dead?
Is this 100%?
Maybe somewhere in the area of \u200b\u200bconnecting the motherboard and video card, the contacts are closed - this is like an assumption.
