What is causing the glitch effect on the monitor?
Good evening. There is a new system manager to which the old monitor is connected via a vga to hdmi adapter, a glitch effect appears, which usually heals with a reboot. The question is whether the adapter or the video card or something else is to blame. I'm attaching a photo.
