Why are npm dependencies not being installed?

npm install throws an error:

npm install (-g|--save) zone.js/[email protected]/etc leaves the error in place. What am I doing wrong? I'm just learning npm
And is there any way to install everything that is in requirements with one command similar to pip install -r requirements in python?
