How to request a certificate for an RDP server?

There is an RDP server (it is on vin2008, it is a member of the domain, but not a controller, the domain is from 2003).
I put a certificate server there, created a root certificate and I want to request a certificate for RDP, but for some reason I can’t find the “Server Authentication Certificate” item in the certificate request web interface.
What am I doing wrong?
I am attaching a picture of the certificate request window.

I make a request from the server itself, if I do it from another computer, then the picture remains the same.
In the browser, the site is added to trusted sites, assets are enabled.

admin?act=settings:99 Uncaught ReferenceError: ajaxform is not defined
at HTMLInputElement.onclick (admin?act=settings:99)
onclick @ admin?act=settings:99

On the admin?act=settings page, on line #99, you have a call to the ajaxform function by clicking on something.
But the ajaxform function is not visible from there, because you wrapped it in this thing: $()
And when you inserted it directly into the page , then they didn’t turn around, probably.
