Why 1s Enterprise does not see a license?

Hello, this is the situation. There is a computer on which there is a 1c enterprise, a file one, a 1c key is inserted into it, purple in color, a license for one work place. I installed the Traktir Management configuration today, set up the configuration, connected the key to it. Everything is fine, after I think I will launch Tavern again, but the system scolded the license, although everything worked a couple of minutes ago. I tried to install another key, it does not help, I stuck 2 keys, there is no result. I reinstalled the platforms, it does not help. What could be causing this behaviour?

If you connect via RDP, then the single-user purple ORGL8 key will not work in this mode. You need either a red multi-user key (minimum Net5), or change USB to a software license, or connect in another way.

Yesterday I faced the same situation. The client called - they temporarily transferred the bukh to a remote location from home, set up RDP, and in the office they have three of the same purple USB keys that do not work in the terminal. I rang a French friend - offered to buy a temporary license with a pincode for 90 days for 630 rubles. . Two hours later they sent pincodes to activate the software license.
In theory, it was still possible to change USB to a permanent software license for 1650 rubles, but the term is more than a week, or upgrade to a 5-user kit, but the issue price is from 13,000 rubles.
